Liam Gerada, co-founder and CEO of Krepling, started the company in 2018 with his brother, Travis, after selling their Shopify store. Initially aiming to create an agency, they soon realized a better e-commerce platform was needed. Despite lacking development experience, they built a basic version that gained traction even with a simple interface.

After setbacks when introducing pricing, they persevered through creative customer acquisition strategies, gradually building a loyal customer base. Today, Liam (21) and Travis (18) have grown Krepling to over 500 customers and secured a pre-seed round from Jason Calacanis' Launch accelerator. Their journey reflects resilience and a commitment to building a better SaaS product despite challenges of inexperience and limited resources.
