Opportunity & Challenge
It is hard for us to find the people with the necessary skills here, so we decided to build up a second development site to complement our existing one.
Solution
Altar.io supported us in establishing a team of software developers in Lisbon. They handled the preselection of candidates, managed administrative tasks, and provided office space. The team is dedicated solely to us and is fully managed on our side. We began with two frontend developers, later added a full-stack developer, and we’re continuing to expand the team.
We primarily collaborate with one of the company’s owners. The relationship began through a referral. We conducted initial Skype interviews and later visited their offices in person to better understand how they work and who they are.
Results & Feedback
